Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sealed Flow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Gumbo Labs ("we," "us," or "our").

License Grant

Upon purchasing a license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

  • Personal License: For individual use on your personal devices.
  • Lifetime License: Valid for the lifetime of the product with no recurring fees.
  • Free Trial: Includes 1,000 words of dictation before a license is required.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App or your license
  • Use the App to develop a competing product
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Share your license key with others or use a license key obtained fraudulently

Intellectual Property

The App, including the Whisker AI model, is owned by Gumbo Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your license does not grant you any ownership rights. "Sealed Flow," "Whisker," and "Our Lips Are Sealed" are trademarks of Gumbo Labs.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using the App. Because the App operates entirely offline on your device, we have no access to your content and claim no rights to it. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws.

Payment and Refunds

License purchases are processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the App for any reason, contact us at support@sealedflow.com to request a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing licenses.

Updates and Support

Your license includes all updates to the current major version of the App. We may release new major versions that require a separate license. We provide support via email but do not guarantee response times or resolution of all issues.

System Requirements

The App requires macOS 13 or later and an Apple Silicon processor (M1, M2, M3, or M4). We do not guarantee compatibility with all system configurations or third-party software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GUMBO LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
